  • You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Product Information & Orders

  • We strive to represent our products accurately, but colors, sizing, or details may vary by device.

  • Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue items.

  • By placing an order, you affirm that you provide accurate and complete information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order—for example, in cases of suspected fraud or inventory errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is with the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return new, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items not in their original condition will be deemed ineligible and returned to sender.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

  • Certain items—like personalized/custom items, sale or clearance products—are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • If an item is sold out or was purchased at a discount, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.

  • For U.S. returns, a $6.55 return shipping fee will be deducted from refunds; waived if store credit is selected.

  • For returns due to our error or defect, we cover return shipping.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site—text, images, logos, designs—is owned by The Camps Co. or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability & Consumer Protection

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Camps Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

  • California law provides additional consumer protections, including rights against false or misleading advertising.

8. Privacy & Data Rights

We comply with California privacy laws:

  • CalOPPA: We maintain a clear and accessible privacy policy that explains what personal data we collect, how it’s used, and how you can review or correct it.

  • CCPA / CPRA: California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, limit the use/disclosure of personal information, and opt out of its sale. We honor such requests within the required timeframes.

  • Shine the Light: California residents may request a list of third parties with whom we shared personal information in the past year.

9. Digital Goods & Licensing

If we sell digital goods in the future, California law requires that we clearly disclose that customers are purchasing a license (not ownership), provide license terms, and obtain acknowledgment at the time of purchase.
