At The Camps Co., we want you to love your custom brimless hat. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return new, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Items returned not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect.

Personalized/customized items, sale items, and clearance products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges: If the product is sold out or was purchased at a discounted price, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Return Shipping

For eligible U.S. returns, a $6.55 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee is waived if you opt for store credit instead of a refund.
